My point to Mr T is that if you and your croonies want to earn
that pay, you have to provide higher level of performance and be
prepared to cut your pay and to be replaced if you failed.
But, the present system is paid due to the sacrifice they
suffered through serving their terms regardless of whether they do
their job.
As for perks, most of them are sitting as directorship for lots
of companies so they are also enjoy PERKS on top of their salaries
and bonus.
I agreed that the starting point of the old man is to attract
talent to serve the nation.
But, through the track record of last twelve years, we have a
prata man who never audit the reserves and a group of croonies who
have created more social problems instead of solution.
So, what is Mr T & L arguing about paying $ for talent ?

Isn't the track record of the past 12 years not proof enough or
else why is Mr L replacing Mr Raymond, Mr WOng and Mr Mah since
they are talent ?
