Can remove the ISD, but it will simply be replaced by the Family
Bureau of Investigation, or Central Intelligence Authority, or
Kindness and Goodness Board or State Security.
Oh, right, totally forgot about the FBI and CIA. In that case,
the concept of the ISD is prevalent in every major country
regardless of status. Cool. Still, at least the FBI and CIA serve
more purposes than just capturing opposition party members and
rivals. In that sense, they are better than the ISD, in my
opinion.
