I think for children, promises are very important... as adults,
when you promised something, the children will remember very well,
that's why if cannot deliver, you must never promise...
however for adults, dun say promise lah, even if wedding
whatever promises made also lightly taken, so many cheating adults
outside...
so from my point of view, it's more of a different perception of
promises... for children it means everything... for some adults, it
means nothing.
