But... strangely in Singapore, there are 5.1 million people. 3.2
millions are Singaporeans. 1.9 millions are foreigners (37%). Out
of 10 persons on the MRT train, 4 are foreigners.
So the governement is actually playing with numbers, saying that
we only accept a small amount of foreigners to be Singaporeans but
in fact there are 100 times more people on the streets. The
government just want to tap the FTs but does not want to give them
citizenships, so that they will not be responsible for their

or did they gave citizenship without the need of being a PR?
