An unemployed man was jailed for three weeks on Friday for
trespassing into a female toilet and insulting modesty.
Foo Sai Teck, 38, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal
trespass at the female toilet of CPA House at Aljunied Road and to
peeping at a 17-year-old student through a gap between the door and
the floor of a cubicle last month.
A Community Court heard that on Aug 3, he went to a female
toilet on the fifth level of the building and stayed in the last
cubicle.
Later, a 22-year-old student walked in and saw him kneeling with
his head bent towards the floor and looking into a cubicle.
