The water we bought from Johore was treated in Johore previously
? Therefore PUB have to train their people to take over the

That was what he thought.. Ppl later calculated and figured it's
not worth it.
Anyway this was talked because the new water treatment plant
they built at Kota Tinggi cost a lot, so they thought they could
use it to sell us treated water (making it a premium) and no need
to buy water from us anymore.
But their demand grew too fast. I believe JB is still short of
water.
No, the pump and waterworks are at Johor.
Now there's only 1 plant left at Kota Tinggi
