SINGAPORE: Singapore's Emeritus Senior Minister Goh
Chok Tong will be visiting Tokyo next week to receive the Grand
Cordon of the Order of Rising Sun award from the Japanese
Emperor.
Writing in the MParader Facebook page, Mr Goh said
the award is being given to him for his contributions in
strengthening bilateral ties between Singapore and
Japan.
Mr Goh said that while in Tokyo, he will also meet
some Japanese leaders and businessmen.
