Almost all affected passport holders contacted:
ICA
SINGAPORE : The Immigration and Checkpoints
Authority (ICA) said it has contacted almost all the affected
passport holders who were issued passports with a printing
glitch.
It said that as of 8pm Friday, 647 Singaporeans have
had their passports verified and corrected.
On Wednesday, the ICA discovered printing alignment
problems in some of the passports from a batch that was printed and
issued between May 23 and June 3 this year.
The affected passports that have been corrected were among a total
of 1,280 passports.
ICA is urging the remaining passport holders, who have yet to get
their passports checked, to visit the ICA Building as soon as
possible for a check.
Dedicated counters have been set up to handle those with affected
passports.
