Foreign worker falls to death in Suntec City

SINGAPORE: A foreign worker died in an industrial accident in Suntec City on Saturday morning.

Police said they received a call at 2.25am of the accident.

The 37-year-old man, who is believed to have fallen into a pit the workers were digging, was pronounced dead on scene at about 2.30am.

He is believed to be from Myanmar.

The Ministry of Manpower is investigating.
