if i got OPC season parking coupon, can i park at all residential carparks without putting parking coupons?

if can. everyone buy opc liao lor. n ur phrasing quite confusing, i can onli guess e meaning. n season parking depends on e place u live what. u can onli park at e certain area which u bought. cannot sae u buy e season parking for ur car in jurong blk 123, den u go yishun blk 123 n use. make no sense rite?
