documents.
It is entirely up to the employer as to whether or not they want
to press charges.
Most employers will just fire the staff..... but if they want to
fire the staff AND press charges, then there's nothing that says
that they can't do that.
so if in your job application form there are some information that
you never declare or you lied, for example, you went to jail or got
some mental illness and you never declare, your company found out
and can also press charges?
