SINGAPORE : A suspicious-looking van was
spotted at the headquarters of Singapore’s Islamic Religious
Council, or MUIS, on Friday evening.
Parked near the entrance of headquarters, the van was
spray-painted with expletives.
MUIS said in a statement that it does not
know who the vehicle belongs to.
It is believed that the man, who had parked the van, ran into
the mosque and disappeared.
MUIS called the police immediately.
The police are conducting investigations and arranging for the
van to be towed.
