($1000 and not just $500 because it is a self-proclaimed restaurant
for 'high-end' customers) and should thus be slightly more
'generous' in its offer, not forgetting its own admission of a
"lapse in judgement". (voucher only valid for 1 visit of course and
no refunds of unspent portion, valid for 2-3 yrs- so Mr Liu's n
friends can maybe meet up yet again). Both [email protected] and Mr Liu should
then make a public statement to the effect of an amicable
resolution of this impasse, a prompt and proper closure to this now
public situation.
Ultimately a happy customer should be what every business strives
to achieve. (except for the shady and dubious ones of
course).
Just $1000 restaurant voucher for public publicity of resolution
and an improved image, I hope [email protected] accepts my suggestion...
since newsprints are now also obliged to follow up the case having
already publicized it as 'large-print' if not headline news' in the
first place- unless there's more to this story that I haven't read
about...
