ILuvSisi SG Sorry but I really hate the ever-increasing presence of the China chinese in Singapore whom I don't think are truly foreign talents at all. I had known someone (a China chinese) who was only a high-school graduate from China and she does not even know how to speak simple English. Is this the kind of 'foreign talent' the government is looking for ?
