no need lah. he is no guilty of any ofence nor was he the one who
cause any death. the lives of passengers in his hands more
iportant. why bother about one who has intention to die and cause
incomvenience to thousands of people's daily lives and
activities.
No sometimes the driver also will get affected although he does not
intend to hit him.
Like police shoot criminals, some do get affected. Afterall
someone died as a result of your shooting.
