Yes better put a guard there and then must be able toquote under
which chapter people break rules by abusing the fountain.
Later one whole army stalk and tail you from the bus stop at
safti camp all the way to the guard house, from non-uniform
personnel to off duty personnel, full standby at guard house to
trigger guard once activated, to pasir labab camp guards just in
case people take the mischief over there. Is the fountain in
protected area? A protected property?
