Mark Chow jailed
FORMER TV actor and model agency owner Mark Chow Yee Sze was
jailed for four months and two weeks on Friday for molesting a
woman and criminal intimidation.
The 30-year-old had pleaded guilty earlier to caressing the
breast of a then 24-year-old aspiring model inside a unisex toilet
of a bar at Gallery Hotel near Robertson Quay on Aug 16, 2006.
He also admitted to threatening to shoot at three staff members
of the Institute of Mental Health while pointing a submachine
gun-like object towards them at Buangkok View on Nov 26 last
year.
About five minutes later, he approached a Certis Cisco officer
with two pistol-like objects with intent to cause him alarm.
Four other charges of molestation and one criminal intimidation
were taken into consideration during his sentencing.
Chow, who once managed MC Models International, is now
unemployed.
He was fined $6,000 earlier on April 1 for molesting a former
pub operations manager at the office of a downtown pub in January
2007 after a trial.
