Anyway, its hard to bar the domestic helper and foreign
labourers.
They do not show their working permits at the checkpoint and will
instead bring their passport to prove that they are from China,
Bangladesh or Phillippines as a tourist.
Unless you are saying you bar everyone from China, Bangladesh or
Phillippines.
