Students in uniform get 'married' in school

XD2229P SG

STOMPer Ohemgee is amused by this online video of Singaporean students exchanging rings and apparently getting 'married' while being egged on by their friends. The STOMPer asked: "Shouldn't they be focusing on their studies at this age?"

In the STOMPer's message:

"In this video we see a bunch of students in their uniforms fooling around in what looks like their school compound, and recording the entire proceedings which they apparently intend to post online.

"The guy got on his knees to 'propose' with a bouquet of flowers.

"The guy also evidently prepared 'couple rings' to be exchanged.

"After lots of giggling and encouragement from their friends, the couple kissed after exchanging rings.

"This may be harmless fun, but shouldn't these students be focusing on their studies at this age, instead of pretending to be adults?"

Really bo liao STOMPer. I take issue with this statement:

"This may be harmless fun, but shouldn't these students be focusing on their studies at this age, instead of pretending to be adults?"

So how? Children also cannot play Police and Thief ah?

iveco SG

Let the kids have a bit of fun and role play once in a while. Have some life.

STOMP is really an example of failed citizen journalism.

Citizen journalism is a lot more then happening to bitch about every single little thing that annoys you.

My thoughts exactly

Another proof of the idioacy of Stompers.

But who cares, as long as they visit that website and let them earn from ads, I still get my dividends from SPH :)

likeyou SG

Let them have some fun.

Nothing wrong with this.

If everyday study...can go mad.

Herzog_Zwei SG

teens need to learn about adult life too and playacting is a good teaching aid.

I wonder if Stompers are even paid at all.
