A war relic has been found
at a construction site along North Buona Vista Drive near the
Education Ministry headquarters.
Police say, they received a call about it at around noon today and
bomb disposal experts were deployed to the area to access the
situation.
Bomb disposal experts were despatched to the scene.
As a precaution, a nearby bus-stop opposite the Education
Ministry's building was also closed off.
The relic was eventually assessed to be safe.
Mr Wang was driving in the vicinity when it was uncovered.
"I saw that the bus stop opposite the MOE was closed. And there
were many policemen there. I also two or three patrol cars
there."
