Terrified women run away when she
appears
Female customers caned by elderly Ang Mo Kio woman for wearing
shorts. When pinned down, she scolds back and tries to bite
She's a self-appointed vigilante and her pet peeve is women in
shorts.
The woman, who seems to be in her early 70s, strikes fear by
stalking women in shorts around the wet market and food centre in
Block 160 at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4 three or four times every
week.
You could say she bushwhacks her victims - literally. If you
happen to be a woman walking near her in your shorts, you'll feel
the sting of her cane.
