It was announced over the Chinese Newspapers "Wanbao" on 25th
September 2009 that they are having promotions on the Genting
2nights stay with luxury bus ride at S$83/- and it is said to be
valid till end of the year.
Today I happen to call and enquire about the package, they
denied it and said the newspapers got it wrong. I told them that if
the newspapers made a mistake, they would have advertised another
page the next day to admit the mistakes but they didn't. So it
shouldn't be a mistake! The guy on the phone sounded very agitated
when I told him that and he shouted across the phone saying they
made a mistake. But they are not going to fulfill the mistake they
made.
I called another branch and enquire the same package, they gave
me a different story. They say that this package is valid till 30th
Sept only. And today is 1st October. Obviously they are trying to
be funny.
I seriously find this travel agency not reliable and they
do not fulfill what they had said on the papers. I advise everyone
who reads this to be careful when you want to have any dealings
with this company.
