It seems to be that PAP has gone insane, proposing all sorts of rubbish schemes.

Suck too much from people, go and spend on rubbish schemes.

The PAP should be voted out in next elections, or else they will continue their rubbish projects, waste taxpayer's money on nonsense things.

Japan can do it, Singapore also can.
