Bro, this is something myself aspiring to do,,, to send kids to
JC/Uni,,, it is no easy task for us TDs and I really salute you...
but with yr Bowahism,,, not surprised yr kids are doing so well. I
say no easy task is cos there's really no level playing field under
the current education system with so much dependence on tuition..
My kids told me almost all other classmates hv tuition + other
enrichment classes.. when I meet their teachers during PTM, they
themselves suggest to hv tution to do well...When my kids enquire
at tuition centres, they ask wat school/JC from? If same as their
tutors,,, they don take... Many teachers are moonlightling at
tuition centres or one to one tuition. Its such a lucrative
business...but this prob is not only in SGP lah... So I say if TDs
can send kids to Uni, its an achievement to be proud of.
