Where to repair damaged Comfort taxi ?

Hi fellow taxi members,

My hirer just called me to tell me i have to repair the dent at the side of the taxi bez the inspection failed. Does anyone where i can get the taxi repaired cheaply wihout breaking my account. Damn this Comfort company, why inspection cannot pass , it does not even pose a risk to vehicle fitness. I had the idea that they will only ask us to repair when we reurned the taxi to them not when the vehicle is still on the road :(

Is this a new trend when comes to inspection?

Or is it just cdg or hirer motive?

Normally when inspection fail the inspection list will show why fail.

Any intention by hirer to terminate ts or is any other hidden agenda?

It seems according to hirer, before Taxi go to LTA for inspection, Comfort will do an initial inspection first and if okay they will pass a token to the hirer where they can than proceed for LTA inspection. In this case the pattern come from Comfort lor, does any Comfort hirer face the same thing . According to hirer It is so unfair, dents that was previously unnoticed now have to be rectified before they can allow you to go to LTA workshop.

Yes apparently from the inspectors at Comfort workshop in Loyang, i am also surprised there is such practice.
