Depends on the terms in your employment
contract, but usually will get the AWS in prorata basis. For your
case, if your last day is end of December 2008, and you work from
Jan 1, 2008, you should get the AWS.
If I clear my leave, my last working day will on be at the end of
december. I started work only this june.
