just put in your usage.

For me, hirer pump fuel, unless he holiday. Washing also I ask
him to do, I just put $2 daily and do minimal cleaning like wiping
the windows and clearing and dust (or cigarette ash - haha).
I got 2 hirers, the other charge me 11ct at the beginning, then
when it price went up he charge 13 ct, now back to 11ct I think. To
make it easy, I just pay 13ct and tell him it's for washing as
well.
Whether both hirers wash, go to car wash or themselves wash, up
to them. They don't wash also, I don't care, I just do what's
agreed.
Saves a lot of hassle and time.
