Hahaha, everyone gone thru budgeting before, just that some did
not realise it, like if you prepare to go for a tour, you also need
to budget, I also have to budget myself with bak bak women, if not,
budget goes out of control, you may go into debt and than peng
longer hour inside the taxis lor.
In any managment terms, once you spend within the budget, you
are a good management, you overspend, meaning your foresight is
poor, and boss will question you, you under spend, boss happy, call
you up, but then, you will be more worst off, why, because boss
would had reduced your budget, and you hv to stick by it.
