Temple got celebrations , warden gave summons to illegal parking

Last time I also think that way when I get summon for parking at
road side when going for Friday prayers. How come other race go
temple never get summon. Then check summon see officer name same
race leh. LoL. Those summon one usually don't bother people working
or go prayers no matter same race or not, but they usually come
into action during prayers when other people complain. Don't say
same race, my aunty parking attendant also summon me before..
