That's what Dr Charles said .... he said patient are so scared of
going thru like that , so many got colon cancer end up when
detected , later stages liao .
He himself went thru the whole process ..... and demonstrated
that it is possible to overcome the fear .
But Dr Charles never mention one week strict diet .... just a 24
hours routine .
PERSONALLY went thru colon & gastro scope in july this year
.... Nothing to worry about ..... just that 1 day before scope, u
got to drink the laxative water to clear all your bowels....
Overall, it took about 15 mins to do both procedures ....... Very
SAFE .. no worries...
