with cash card got value , but went in , red light on !

Same day , Sonata83 asked me same question .... said Lucky Plaza
gantry short short ....
Indeed 1 week later LTA sent me a love letter ( summon ) , i
wrote in to ask them to check that day , that particular time got
many same time kena ? I thought Sonata83 also wrote in ? I dun
remember .
Another week on , LTA replied said penalty fee waived , never
say why ?
Again , i will stand up to what is right and what is wrong , i
dislike kena accused of something i did not commit .
Our IU system is a "very complicated" equipment invented by some
school high high scholars...........
Cashcard with value intact........no deduction, system
definitely prompt non payment, if you never receive love letter,
than something must be wrong..........
Non deduction can pertaining to various type of
fault...........if the main gantry no fault, than will be your IU
or cash card fault, so letter will sent out, than we have to take
time and appeal..........that's also explain why some no deduction
but never receive love letter, meaning main gantry faulty(layman
term).........
Knn.......in their annual report, they specifically stress how
much they had lost for not collecting ERP payment due to
faulty.............
