i feel bad, pity the poor little girl.
Our traffic police dept concentrate too much on faulty driver
(maybe got money to collect), and neglected to educate pedestrian,
esp newcomers.
Pedestrian are part of the road user, there are certain safty
caution to be observe. Although they do not cause any physical
damage to others, but will still cause mental damage when an
accident happen.The guiltiness is beyond any imagnation, even the
driver is not at fault.
If a driver is speeding, lost control and kill a life at the
pedestrian pavement, i will curse the driver to hell.
When accident happen on road, every vehicle will seem like
speeding by witness.
When there is a witness, out of pithiness for the little girl,
the vehicle will also be reported as speeding
It really does not play fair to the driver.
Pedestrian are to be responsible for their safty and be caution
at all time.
I encounter many incident that almost became an accident, and is
mainly out from pedestrian carelessness. I can even tell that those
pedestrian do not even aware they almost near
death. 死了都不知什么回事
And many are those new comer.
