Yes,i hate those pax who dun bother to call Comfort & cancel the booking after they got a taxi.Time is money to a taxi driver.When we recieved a current call assignment or advance booking,we will try to get to the pick up point asap.Unless traffic is heavy,then sometimes we will be late but that is not within our control.

I took a booking. When I reached the place, 2 guys with handphone can stop my taxi. Ask them if they called for cab, they said no. Then asked me if can take them if pax no show. I said must wait for company to approve first. While waiting, they approached again. I suspect he called but act blur. Want to save on call charge. phui!

In the end no show approved but another call came in. hahahah. Took that call and left.

If u want to take call, be prepare for a good show or no show. But I would said, mostly good show, maybe one or two no shows, part and parcel of TD trade.

There are advantages and disadvantages in everything, depend on individual liking and perception, you should take thing that have more advantages and less disadvantages
