Customer always right??? no lah, especially in Singapore TD,
yesterday nite, out of empty talk, got a well groom pax who is
doing servicing job told me the same customer is alway right, so I
argued with him, then later, we found out it was a
misunderstanding, his meaning is more of a intangible quote, mine
is more of a tangible real situaion, so end up, he kept laughing at
my joke.
I told him, for TD, customer is alway on the left or on our
back, never on the Right.
that mean, if customer want to claim their righ, the only way
is........ get out of the Taxi.
