Drove the Crown for the last time yesterday.
Wow I remember back in those days when it first came out, not
bad the model has been around for nearly 20 years.
Good experience to drive manual after so many years again. But
for me no problem, switching from manual to auto, the trick is to
always let your left foot rest on the raised platform on the
extreme left (where the clutch is supposed to be).
That platform not for fun, it actually helps in sudden braking
as your transfer the pressure to your feet to the left foot and
thus your right foot on the brake has lesser pressure - something I
learnt from Police driving = less chances of skidding (if your
vehicle has no ABS).
From next week all the way auto - so I guess the era of driving
manual has ended for me.
walan eh old man , now then drive auto ? hahahahah .
Trust me , auto taxis earn slightly more , becos it faster .
And jump faster.
If u want to try , try the TransCab Auto Chevy .... meter jump
like on steriod , if u mind a Toyota Wish .
