Car DVR SD Card problem

Hi forumers,just wanna check with you guys if you have any problems with your SD card.I am using 4GB SanDisk SDHC Class 4,the card was corrupted twice and i cannot reformat at all.Although SanDisk allowed one to one exchange,but its troublesome to travel all the way to Middle Road.FYI,the new card that they gave me for the exchange was corrupted again less than a week i mounted on my DVR.

I then tried to switch to 8GB Transcend SDHC Class 4,also corrupted and cannot reformat.What is wrong here,is it my Car DVR problem or the QC of the SD Card not up to standard?Thanks in advance for valuable inputs!

I need to format my SD card almost everyday.

Maybe can try asking your friend/neighbour who uses Mac OS X to try to reformat your SD card for you. It happened to me before when Windows 7 cannot reformat a SD card but the Mac OS X can salvage it.

If you have an Android phone that support hot swapping of SD card, can also use that to reformat it. Otherwise you will have to power off the phone, swap out the SD card then do the reformatting.

yeah Sandisc microsd recently gave me lots of problems .

Kingston one gave me problem .

My camera just auto shut down for no reasons .

Then cannot format , camera also cannot format the disc.

hmm............. i use cls 10 also got prob with 1 of the card............

maybe dvr problem??

Dvr problem, every two days i have to format my sd card if not system hang. If can't format, I will off Dvr. take out sd card then power on Dvr. Insert sd card then format. Works everytime for me. Hope it does for u.

try not to use mirco sd.

my almost 1yr kingston sdcard no give me problem.
