U must run gradually to build up your stamina .
If u first new horn want to run 24 km , without some proper

for you .

shift........
OMO day driving meaning start driving early and keep early, but
drive through the day plus a bit of night time........

mahjong or worst still Casino, which I know many TD doing
that........
