Now for the next 5 years planning ....
A few points they need to take note .
First , traffic control .
After so many years .... those roads leading to near the F1
border .... must be seriously looked into .
Places like Havelock Road towards Pickering St , the jams was
caused by vehicle occupying the yellow boxes @ Eu tong sen Street
, causing the rest of the traffic to be in stand still .
Traffic wardens and Traffic Enforcements must be there to keep
out of vehicles stopping inside the box !!!
After 5 good years , nothing has been done to counter the issues

All Traffic Enforcer was found to be surrounding traffic areas
which has no jams at all.
Just too much Enforcement saturating in one area , neglecting
those viral areas like Eu Tong Seng ..... Beach Road ......
Victoria Street ..... Bras Basah .....
Particularly Finlayson Green ..... this junction must be well
controlled ......
