Get the following details as suggested by LTA to assist with
investigation for such cases .
- Obtain the passsenger's particulars and contact details . If
the passenger is unwilling to provide such information . The driver
may sent the passenger to the nearest NPC or Police Post to
lodge a report . Alternatively , the driver may call the police for
assistance .
- Note the date and time ( boarding and alighting ) of the
incident .
- Record the locations ( pick up and alighting )
- Get descriptions of the passenger ( gender , age , hair style
etc )
- Print the fare receipt as evidence
- Lodge a non-payment of taxi fare report with your taxi company
. Pls refer to different taxi companies with different policies
