How come the taxi company got my name wrong?

I sometimes call for cab, and it is always says that my name is 'Ms *Something*', but the number is right. What I don't undertand is, why did they even register my name as some woman name if I never told it to them anyway?

Here you go ..... in Comfort's data bank , 97321132 is registered under Mr Lee .

So when she made a booking , she became Mr.Lee instead .

so, it is also a loophole to hijack a Taxi

when you need a cab badly, you see there a long queue, call cannot get thru........ no worries

just wave at the next taxi with "on call" sign and hop it, "uncle, xxxxxx ave 2"

Uncle no way to verify, name is not updated or even with no name.

No location stated also, so cannot verify, anyone can hop it and mention any place.
