You Bachelor cabby ?

Poolman SG

Time to find a new job !!!! Dun drive a cab , why ?

Now PM Lee Hsien Long start to allow single to buy house from HDB directly , new house .

Drive a taxi very hard for them to approve , unless u submit $36,000 annum in income tax , plus they want to see at least $8000 in saving .

Subit $360000 per annum income tax , medisave alot of money to fork out , around $900 a year . Cash .

Providing you haven't owned any flat at all ....... in your whole life .

Poolman SG

Those who i spoken to ..... many still bachelor , staying with parents etc etc stories .

Time to think far .....

Good for you people .

Just my opinion .

Got house , then can bring girl go home ...... one night stand , then as good as "chup" her . hahahahah just kidding .

Staying with parent cannot ....noisy . Hahahahah

Poolman SG

I always encourage bachelor cabbies to start a family .

Have children .....

Then when u drive a cab , u'll have different motivations .

Esp have children , u'll have that drive to drive just for them .

Like me , hahahahaha .

Poolman SG

Trust me , when u have a house ........ it's easier to find a partner .

Poolman SG

But on Sunday , PM Lee said ..... he will put couples with children , priorities applying for HDB .

For me , it's tougher that way .

Poolman SG

Use the traditional taxi driver ways ....

Have house , bring the girl home .... ONS .

Shot gun even better , she cannot run away liao , hahahahah .
