date for participant, once date closed, let say got 20 peoples
willing to go, divide it into 4 committee,
Group A, the food committee
Group B, the Booking of chalet and logistic committee
Group C, the cleaning, arranging and BBQ equipment committee
Group D, fruit, drink, girls and game committee
Then all report to HQ and HQ will give direction, collect money
to support the committee, advise and also guide the committees.
