I believe most if not all OMO driver will maximise their effort
and time during the 2 peak hour to make their living. So i dont
think those operating in OMO is the problem of lacking of taxi.
Can the NTA or LTA pls do a survey to see how many empty Taxi
"All the Green light" car running back from expressway to city, how
long is the mid-night queue and after 9pm....how many "Green Light
Taxi" in an HDB area or at 1 traffic light junction. With
that, u still want all the taxi to run in 2 shift !
Did they ask why 4pm plus there are so few taxi inside CBD ? How
many empty Taxi would want to pay the ERP to go in ? - for Fxxx...

Why City surcharge start at 5pm but the peak hour 25% start at
6pm ? Isn't 5 pm a lot of ppl finish work.
