If repair sure cost more. Didn't wanna make life difficult for my relief so end up ask him use money to buy 4d. All kena makan-ed!

I think report to police only if there is injury, langar against government property or malaysian vehicle involved.

I believe accident reporting is at loyang..call and ask first.

The other td has to fork out his accident access to pay for your and his damage. If wanna report, it's basic courtesy to inform him.

most taxi company have their form for outside settlement.

cdg has their own form too. you can still report but not claiming or just go and pick up cdg form to let the other party to sign to protect yourself. this will not affect the smrt driver deposit .

Bro, you involve in accident nothing to do with your hirer. The most he only can advise you. Don't get yourself confuse.

Your winning case, what if the other way round? Your hirer won't be answer for you right?

Think about long term, what if u need to return taxi one day, than Comfort say your bumper got problem. Still better to let company answer for all the nonsense.

Reckless driving carry a fine of 2k and revoke TDVL of 6 month, that SMRT driver know that.

No mercy.
