For these business people, they somehow already rental out all
those cabs from Cdg, premier or transcab, mostly old crown, taxi
companies also give them, because they also do not want to see
their carpark full of old crowns not in use. Therefore, in bulk,
they give discount to all these consider bulk hirers.
These business people are licensed to do business, they absorb
the risk of insurance at the expense of higher rental fees, let say
if cdg rented to them at 20% discount, they rent out higher by 20%,
altogether, they make 40%, why not? To attract people like me and
TS, they forgo the deposit and take the risk, business is about
risk, if they ask me to pay, might as well I go cdg or others as
relief.
