well, rest well and have good sex. WIth it, you can live past 60s
and still do not need to use all those pills which is detrimental
to your health.
Good sex meaning with your wife or gf where there is love and
understanding. This is the best sex, others are just for money or
something in return, that is why it is call causal sex, of course
as a man, you do need some, but never be an addict to it, and when
driving, drive professionally, earn your money. Want to go causal
