I ever knock into a car at taxis stop, too fast, cannot stop in
time, hirer farked me, but when insurance take on the pretext that
car should not be in the taxi stand base on LTA rules, my hirer get
compensated, so happy, we went few days malaysia
holdiay together.
The owner of that private car appealed but was thrown out by the
comissioner base on first rule first basis.
1st, you cannot park at taxis stand.
2nd, you cannot park and wait at taxi stand
3rd, you did not read the LTA notice on the taxi stand
4rd, you are in fact a hazard to both the public transport
and people by parking there
Then the owner said, but he knocked me, the comissioner said,
laws by laws, first laws first...already into the 4rd rules, you
are in the wrong.
