This is my personal experience....

So far.. the biggest boot space in the industry.... should be the Mercedes Limo Cab (running on diesel), no CNG tank.

The boot can only fit in a 32" LCD TV screen (together with the box).... I bought 1 from IT show before... that's why I knew....

42" not likely.....

Furthermore... 42" not light leh.... knn... carry like Fuck.... how much meter jump only ?

If TV happened to be broken (while putting into the boot), who pays ? You ask the cabby to pay meh ?

Many years back, I bought a writing table in Batam. Cannot fit in the car, so the shop owner says he deliver, just give driver some tips.

We went back and strained our eyes for a small truck. Then we saw a motorbike with a huge box on his pillion. Wahlan, it is our table. He goyang goyang, can still reach our place which is more than 5 km away.

Motorbike boot space is only limited by your imagination.

I believe how TD behave is through many years of conditioning by passengers. Look at the Pro and Cons.

Pros. Guarantee LTA will not catch you (no commendations), make PAX Happy (no commendations or financial rewards)

Cons. Damage your vehicle (get into trouble with Taxi company), If goods damage, may have to pay, damage your back if goods is bulky and out of proportions,

The situation is very bias towards losing money. You mean Beta will do "losing money business"?

But there are still some of us who will do it. Bless those kind TD souls so that the situation will not back fire on them.

But frankly, the lady should have made arrangements for home delivery. I would have done that. Would you?

This type of cheapo are real funny, delivery at expo it product is only $20 all over singapore, just paid extra $20, then go take MRT swee swee go home.

Tomorrow or the day after, they will deliver to your house, no need to carry, somemore people will set up for you. Taxi is meant to ferry peoples and some of their bags, not delivery truck.

Even if really want to take cab with a 42 inch LCDTV, at least tell the uncle you are willing to paid him more. Nothing is free in this world, especially so in singapore.

who on earth work for free? anyone out that working of course work for money whether is it driving taxi, waiter, gerenal manager, or even our minister, if our pm work for free, maybe i also can consider, but first must be able to draw 3million plus salary for few years than i would do so
