a try, hope you take it as your last resort and also as a
contingent plan if all else do not work out for you.
PHVL doesn't restrict to foreigners (when I attended PH course,
there are foreigners, from India, Malaysian there as well)... maybe
they can only drive for Private Hired Bus, Private Bus... but not
Excursion Bus... (where most of the Private Vitos & Toyota
Hirace Hi-roof is categorised.)
