Hi guys!
I'm a writer thinking about doing an article based on the recent
news mentioning the installation of cameras in taxis - which
inadvertently led me to this forum when i was doing some
research.
It would be awesome if you could give me some feedback about
what uses these cameras are for? (Besides the usual reasons given
by the taxi company, as I really only want to hear from the real
taxi drivers with real life experiences).
Also, is it true that there are voice recorders in some taxis
too? How would recording a conversation help? I read a couple of
posts here saying that passengers run off without paying, and i
really feel for you guys. So I'm curious if the voice recording
will help to prevent passengers from running away since their
voices are recorded?
